Shipping and Return Policy
- All orders are processed Monday- Friday: 9a-5p CST within 1-2 days of receipt. If your order is placed during the holiday or weekend it will be processed the next business day.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS.
- Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and further details. Check your spam folder, sometimes it's hiding there.
- Please note: the above schedule excludes possible USPS delays that are beyond control, i.e. Inclement Weather, U.S. holidays and Weekends.
- A signature is required for your package to be delivered. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office. You MUST provide a valid proof of ID to obtain your package.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and may require a fee. Please email email@example.com if you are interested.
At the moment all purchases are final. However, if your item is defective or you receive the incorrect item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours for an exchange or store credit.
